Returns

Please report all unsatisfactory orders within 10 calendar days of receipt of the product. Please e-mail Max@EviesBath.com in order to obtain a return number. All returns must be approved prior to any refund, voucher or credit being issued. In no case will Evie's Bath be liable for any amount greater than the purchase price; the refund, credit or replacement shall constitute full and complete adjustment and release.

Custom-made products are not eligible for a refund; a voucher or credit is available for the return of custom-made products.

Orders

All orders are processed and shipped within three business days of receipt of payment. Pay Pal is our preferred method of processing payments. Money orders and cashier checks are also accepted. Please make the money order or cashier check payable to Evie's Bath, remit the check or money order with a copy of the bill to: 3203 Mount View Ave, Schofield WI 54476. Personal or business checks are NOT accepted.

Orders cannot be shipped outside of the United States. All orders are shipped priority mail. Orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box address. Please provide a street address.

Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time.

All orders shipped to Wisconsin are subject to a 5.5% sales tax.

$6.00 is the flat rate for priority mail shipping on all orders.
